Data Deletion
Lumina Nexus stores only what is needed to publish to and read analytics from the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you choose to connect: an encrypted Page access token and the numeric engagement counts (likes, comments, shares, reach, clicks) of posts you publish through us. We never store the content or personal data of people who engage with your posts, and we never share your data with third parties.
Delete your data yourself (instant)
- Open Settings → Social Command Center in Lumina Nexus.
- Find the connected Facebook / Instagram account.
- Click Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access token and that account's analytics from our database.
You can also remove Lumina Nexus from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, which triggers the automatic deletion described below.
Automatic deletion (via Facebook)
When you remove our app from your Facebook settings, Facebook notifies us at our data-deletion endpoint. We then delete the stored token and analytics for your account and issue a confirmation code you can check on this page.
Request deletion manually
Prefer us to do it? Email serkan@neuralintelligence.co.uk from your account email and we will remove all your social connection data within 30 days.
